Infracor and VEGA have agreed by contract to work closer together in the future. The purpose of this agreement is to provide even better support and consulting service to their mutual customers in the chemical industry. This includes, for example, supplying new instruments, instrument modules and spare parts. But the objective is to also provide optimal service with regard to maintenance, repair and commissioning.
VEGA will support the employees of Infracor with all necessary information as well as training courses and seminars. This will ensure that application engineers receive continuous training.
In return, Infracor will maintain active communication with the customers and provide support in the practical use of VEGA products. In addition, Infracor will be closely integrated in VEGA's quality management system.
