FDT Roadshow 2007

Following two successful Roadshows last year in Paris and Antwerp, the FDT Group organizes its 2007 European Roadshows in Milan and Barcelona.
The Milan Roadshow takes place at the Cosmo Hotel Palace on October 18 and the Barcelona Roadshow in the Hesperia Tower on October 24, both in local language.

These Roadshows are an excellent platform to learn more about the FDT Technology and gain familiarity with its applications and benefits. The participants are industrial professionals from end user companies, engineering contractors, and automation manufacturers. A rich program, already successfully implemented in several Roadshows worldwide, covers the major end users expectations. FDT experts will present the benefits and technical contents of the FDT Technology. End users will share with the audience their experience of real life applications that are installed and working in their plants. There will be a live demonstration of FDT's interoperability involving many devices and frames of different vendors using different communication protocols (HART, PROFIBUS, and FOUNDATION Fieldbus).

The eighteen FDT Group member companies ABB, Endress+Hauser, Invensys, Krohne, MACTek, Metso Automation, Omron, Pepperl+Fuchs, Phoenix Contact, Rockwell Automation, Samson, Sick, Trebing+Himstedt, Turck, Tyco, VEGA, Woodhead, and Yokogawa sponsor these events and will be present with table top demonstrations of their FDT based products. Representatives of the FDT Group Board of Directors and Executive Committee will also be available for questions and discussion.
