Repair and replacement parts for old equipment no longer manufactured
In principle, discontinued equipment still can be repaired by VEGA up to at least 5 years after production cessation. It is ensured that equivalent follow-up equipment or substitute equipment can be delivered for up to a period of 5 years.
Software acc. to NE 53 (compatibilities); Software history
The Namur recommendation NE 53 demands transparent revisioning of sensor firmware and operating software. Moreover, the revision must be recognizable on the device and the software history accessible to the user. VEGA equipment fulfils these requirements since 2004. A description of the compliance with NE 53 can be found in every operating instructions manual. Customers can register themselves on the VEGA home page to be automatically informed about new operating software. The firmware history of every device is also presented on the VEGA website.

Can a VVO database be imported to DTM?
Unfortunately, this data transfer isn't possible due to compatibility problems. A better and simpler way is just to load via PACTware the data from the sensor or the conditioning instrument directly.
